AGM postponed until August 23rd

This year’s H&DAA Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be postponed to Monday, 23rd August 2021.

The AGM which, is usually held in mid -February, cannot be held in the usual period because of the Coronavirus restrictions which prohibit groups from gathering. We have considered alternative ways of meeting, such as  online conferencing using Zoom, but believe that this would be less satisfactory than a meeting in person.

We have, therefore, decided to reschedule the AGM for 2021 to be on Monday, August 23rd, starting at 7.30pm. It will be held at the B&A Church, Pigsty Hill, 160A Gloucester Road, BS7 8NT.

We have sent this information out to all H&DAA Members, either by email or in a letter, along with details of where to view the H&DAA Annual Accounts for 2019/20.  If there are any comments or questions, please email them to:
