Allotment Recipes

In this section you will find out how to preserve and cook food; bottle fruit and vegetables; make jams and jellies; make pickles and chutneys; and how to use dried beans.

We will also have a Star Recipe every month contributed by nationally-renowned chef Stephen Markwick (Bistro 21, Markwick’s, Culinaria), who is also an H&DAA  allotments member and Plotholder. This will feature recipes using seasonal allotment produce – all in Stephen’s classical style.
