Star Recipes – Stephen Markwick
Every month we will publish 1 or 2 new Star Recipes contributed by nationally-renowned chef Stephen Markwick. Stephen used to own and run top restaurants in Bristol with his wife Judy – Bistro 21, Markwick’s, Culinaria. Stephen is now retired but still loves cooking, and also growing his own produce to use in the kitchen.
He has a plot on the Birchall Road allotment site, and grows lots of fruit and vegetables which he uses to produce delicious meals.
We will feature recipes using this month’s seasonal allotment produce – all in Stephen’s classical style. If you’d like more of the same, you can order a copy of Stephen’s second book “A well-run kitchen” by following this link – Culinaria.
