Resolutions passed at AGM

At the AGM on 29th April two resolutions were passed by the H&DAA members:

1.  An ordinary resolution was passed to prohibit the use of glyphosate-based products anywhere within the allotments. This comes into force on May 1st 2026.
   Accordingly a new tenancy agreement now applies to all tenants and associate members. See Clause 31 in the agreement for details.
2. The new revised Articles of Association (Vn 1.5) were passed by a special resolution and these have now been lodged at Companies House.
