H&DAA Annual General Meeting for 2026
This is the Calling Notice and Agenda for the 2026 Annual General Meeting.
This meeting is being held on Wednesday, April 29th, 2026 starting at 7.30pm.
The venue is the Horfield Parish Hall, Wellington Hill. Bristol BS7 8ST.

There is a car park laid with gravel at the front of the hall which is accessed at the top of Church Road. Additionally there is street parking on Wellington Hill
Members of H&DAA are warmly welcome and encouraged to attend the AGM. H&DAA is your Association and the Committee is keen to have your input on how our fields can be improved.
The AGM will be in two main sections.
Tea & Coffee, biscuits
There will then be a table discussion facilitated by a Committee Member.
We welcome input from all attendees on the topics of:
- Volunteering – what would help, what could be done?
g physical and non-physical, what is your expertise e.g mentoring. - How can we make it easier for new tenants to get going, how can we support?
We will have a short summary session at the end of the discussions.
Formal AGM
The second part of the meeting will be where the standard business of the AGM is conducted. This year we have 2 resolutions to be voted on. Proxy Voting Forms are available for those who cannot attend the meeting but who want to vote on the resolutions.
