Associate Members

An associate member is one who regularly assists a plot-holder on a specific plot – and who is not a joint tenant.

Associate members all sign a tenancy agreement.

Associate members pay £5 membership fee p.a. but pay no plot rent to the Association.

A new associate member must be proposed by the plot-holder to the plot manager and with the approval of the field representative

Associate members must sign the tenancy agreement in a timely manner and will then receive confirmation and the key code (where applicable)

Associate members who wish to take over a plot should have been an associate for at least as long as the current waiting list for a plot on that site. They should apply to the plot manager with the approval of the field representatives
