They are running a Bokashi Making Workshop on Saturday, 30th of March, 10am-2pm, at Bridge Farm, Bristol:

Bokashi is a wonderous Japanese fermented mixture of bran and molasses, designed to be added to food waste before composting. It contains microscopic bacteria, yeasts and fungi that work together to speed-up composting, suppress pathogens and reduce the smell by essentially pickling your food waste.

The workshop will be led by the innovative and inspiring Matt Dunwell from Ragmans Farm.
