Two delicious vegetarian recipes

Here is the latest in the a series of seasonal recipes from local chef and allotment plotholder, Stephen Markwick, who used to run his own restaurants – Bistro21, Markwicks and Culinaria all based in Bristol.

For November we have  a mezze dish – Babaganoush  and
a starter or small main course of Cucumber fritters with sour cream and dill
